I got the phone today. But it is a junk. Dust and heavy marks and scracthes are all over the phone. Specialy in the back cover. It seems that this phone has not been used for years. Camera doesn’t get clear photos.Has a screen problem too.

What screen problem are you talking about?
I used the phone until the day I sent it to you, it works as it should.

I never got any response. She learned to read the description the hard way :-)
